Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur has joined hands with the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai wherein the two highly respected business schools will will collaborate on a Research Communication Masterclass series.
Both institutes, which are among the top management education research oriented facilities in India, have joined hands with a vision to build momentum, which will enable high quality research output from PhD students and young researchers who are a part of these institutes.
Terming it as strategic alliance, Professor Janat Shah, Director of IIM Udaipur said that the Masterclass series has been designed in a manner that will help doctoral students in both the business schools gather information about their research more effectively and communicate their findings and conclusion with clarity.
This series is expected to raise the standard of research as well as capacity building in research among the participants. The Masterclass Series is designed to help students in the direction of socialization of research. This series will improve their ability to formulate questions, as well as help them reach a conclusion by connecting the questions with a suitable methodology.
Dr. Ranjan Banerjee, Dean of SPJIMR, said that it is difficult to make a clean and discernible research easy for the general researchers. Through this Masterclass series, doctoral students of both the institutes will get a chance to learn important skills from the best institutions in the world.
