MLSU is now the 55^th university to sign the MoU with INFILBNET, Ahemdabad to promote and facilitate the easy access of the work done by research scholars. In an event organized at Vivekanand Seminar Hall at College of Science, MoU was signed between the two institutions.

The event was led by Prof. Mahip Bhatnagar while Dr. Manoj Kumar, INFILBET, Ahemdabad was the main speaker. “This MoU will surely help and benefit research scholars all around the world,” said Prof. Venugopalan, Dean, P.G. Studies. Prof. A.K. Goswami, Librarian and Dr. Ramkesh Meena also expressed their opinion on this development.

INFILBNET, Ahemdabad is an online firm, leading a project named ‘Shodhganga’. The motive of the project is to make available all the research works done around the globe on a single platform. This would help the scholars in getting and providing help from the works of other scholars. The MoU was signed to allow this access.

The firm will also provide software which would be helpful in identifying ‘copied’ research works and will support in maintaining the uniqueness of a research work. UGC will provide subsidy to digitize and build lab for this process with the coordination of INFILBNET and would also review it timely.
