These will no longer be imaginations courtesy, a set of new devices developed by students of Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic students.

“Final year electrical engineering students, Shashank Parashar, Ankit Nagar & their colleagues have developed a circuit that allows a person to control electrical & electronic devices anywhere in the world with the click of a mobile phone”, informed Anil Mehta, Principal, Vidya Bhawan Polytechnic.

The devices could include refrigerator, washing machine, micro-wave, lights, fans etc. The devices can not only be switched on/off but also controlled, as desired. The project was completed under the guidance of Nitin Sanadhya, Dean & Prakash Sundaram, HoD.

The production cost of this devices is Rs10,000/-. But if produced in mass, the cost could come down to Rs 5,000/-.

Kailash Baghela, Kailash Maneria & other students of the same department have developed a solar panel that is cost effective, time-effective & produces more electricity. This solar panel moves along with the movement of the sun, thereby, facilitating higher electricity production.
