The inauguration of two-day International Conference on  “Management of Innovation and Technological Change : A Global Perspective” (MITCAGP-2014) was held at Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan by Chief Guest  Prof O.P. Gill (Vice Chancellor), Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology. 

He emphasised that the technology has made the life easier and better. Innovation should be economical, environment friendly and should cover all spheres of life. Innovation in agricultural makes the farmers to cultivate more food grains and milk. Now India is the  first largest producer of wheat & second largest producer of milk and it was all due to innovation & technology in agriculture.

Special Guest, Himakar Dubey (CEO, Fusion Outsourcing) explained that, innovation means not only inspiration but a desperation of innovating based on need. He gave the example of Steve Jobs, and mentioned that his ideas brought many innovations in mobile phone industry.

He gave the message to students and research scholars to believe in themselves. On the inaugural ceremony, the ’Sixth Edition of Aishwarya Research Journal’ was launched by Chief Guest and Special Guest. Dr. Archana Golwalkar gave the brief introduction on two days of International conference & technical sessions.
