An international conference was organized by University College of Commerce and Management Studies and Human Resource Management Programme, MLSU on 29th and 30th July.
The conference titled ‘Emerging Paradigms in Business Education and Research’ was conducted post news of demise of former president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam as in his words, “Don’t declare holiday on my death, instead work an extra day, if you love me.”
Director of the conference Prof D.S Chundawat paid tribute to Dr. Kalam and commenced the program with motivational and inspiring quotes stated by Kalam.
Secretary Prof. Shurveer S. Bhanawat highlighted the theme of the event and stated the development of human resource in the present scenario. He compared the available resources of India with that of China, Australia, USA and other countries.
The chief speaker of the event- Dean of MS University, Vadodra (Gujarat) emphasized the inculcation of IT, digitalization and innovation for the development of human resource. Likewise, Commerce College- Dean Prof. Vijay Shrimali, Prof G. Soral and Vice Chancellor Prof. IV Trivedi also expressed their views.
Two technical sessions were also held post seminar in which research papers were presented.
