The progress and development of all the nations of the world depends on the managerial behavior implied in the industries of that nation. The gross domestic product of a country rises by the business skills and market acceptance of the goods produced in the industries.

The basis of the development of any nation is the revenue earned by the government through business. These thoughts were expressed by Prof. Vijay Page, Director General, MET Institute of Management, who was speaking as the key speaker in the inaugural session of the seminar titled ‘Contemporary Innovative Practices in Management’ at Pacific University.
