Two important exams of CBSE and University got off to a smooth start in the city today with no untoward incident being reported from any center. 

The CBSE’s 12th standard exam started off today along with University’s final examination. The papers were conducted across different schools and colleges of the city appointed as exam centers.

CBSE Exams begins

The exam of 12th standard under CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) board got off to a start today with around 2000 students from Udaipur appearing for the first paper of English.

The exam started at 11am and continued till 2pm in six different centers of the city. Today’s exam was common for students of both Science and Commerce streams. The next set of paper for Commerce students will continue from 6th March while the Science students will have their papers from24th March.

The exam of 10th standard under CBSE board will start from 10th March and will end on 22nd March.

University Exams start off

The annual exam of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University began today with over 2 lakh students from all over the Udaipur division (includes 6 districts) appearing for the final exam.

According to R.C Kumawat, examination controller, exams for B.Com, B.Sc, M.A, M.Com and M.Sc were conducted at 21 centers of Udaipur. There are 76 centers of MLSU in all affiliated colleges around the region. The exams will end on 10th May.

The students were happy with the exam pattern. As part of the paper pattern, the questions are divided into two different sets, including optional and theoretical questions.
