The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has unveiled the answer key for the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2024. Aspiring candidates who appeared for the exam can access the answer keys for both papers 1 and 2 on the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
Conducted on May 26, the JEE Advanced 2024 comprised two papers, each containing sections on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. The exam format included multiple-choice questions (MCQs), multiple-select questions (MSQs), and numerical questions.
Candidates have until June 3, 2024 to raise objections against the answer key. Objections must be submitted through the candidate portal on the official website, where candidates are required to log in using their application number and date of birth.
The objection process mandates candidates to provide detailed explanations and attach supporting documents. Only objections raised through the online portal will be considered valid; any submissions via email or offline channels will not be entertained.
It is important for candidates to cross-check their responses with the released answer key and the response sheet, which was made available on May 31, 2024. The marking scheme involves deductions for incorrect answers, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in responses.
The eagerly awaited results of JEE Advanced 2024 are anticipated to be announced on June 9, 2024. Alongside the results, the authority will unveil the list of toppers on the official website. Access to the results will require candidates application number and date of birth.
