The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a revision in the exam dates for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024. The second session of JEE Main 2024 will now be conducted from April 4 to April 12, as per the latest schedule update. This adjustment shortens the previously scheduled exam window which was set from April 4 to April 15, 2024.

According to the revised exam timetable, Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will take place on April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, with two shifts available each day. The first shift will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by the second shift from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. On April 12, Paper 2 is scheduled to be held from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.

The NTA has issued advanced city intimation slips for all candidates. Students can now check intimation slips on official website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in./ The advanced city intimation JEE Mains 2024 session 2 include candidate’s details, exam date, and exam city. Notably, the admit cards for JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will be released at a later date, as indicated by the testing agency.

These adjustments come amidst the ongoing preparations of thousands of aspiring engineering students across the country, providing them with clarity and updated information regarding the examination schedule. Candidates are advised to stay updated with further announcements from the NTA regarding any additional changes or instructions pertaining to the JEE Main 2024 examination.

“This is advance information for the allotment of the City where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 2 shall be issued later.” the official notice stated.
