The Lok Sabha Elections set to commence from April 19 to June 1 will not affect the exam schedule for JEE Main 2024 session 2 and NEET UG 2024, assures the National Testing Agency (NTA). Originally commencing from April 1 to 15, JEE Main session 2 will now take place from April 4 to 15 due to rescheduling for undisclosed reasons.

NEET UG 2024 remains on track for May 5, 2024, with the application correction window opening on March 18, 2024.  NTA confirms that both JEE Main session 2 and NEET will proceed as planned.

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024 schedule, originally set for May 15 to 31, will be reviewed after registration completes. UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar confirms the same via social media platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter).
