The National Testing Agency has issued guidelines and standard operating procedures for JEE and NEET examinations.

Detailed instructions regarding social distancing norms to be followed at the exam centers will be provided on the admit card to each candidate. Candidate entering the examination centers will have to go through thermal screening. Those above normal body temperature will be sent to separate isolated rooms to attempt their papers.

All students need to wear gloves and mask while entering the center and while writing the examination. Each candidate needs to carry a hand sanitiser. Candidates have been instructed to self declare if ther are COVID positive, so that they are managed according to the SOP.

It is certain that the NTA is determined to proceed with holding the examinations inspite of the row over holding offline examinations in COVID times.  Various centers with all norms in place have been setup across the country. Students appearing the examination will have to maintain a distance of 6ft between themselves while attempting the paper.
