Junior Study Celebrates 10th Anniversary of International work

This week The Junior Study School hosts, for the 10th consecutive year, a group of senior educationalist from a partner school in the U.K. The group consisted of Mr. Keith Atkins (MBE), Principal of Gors Community School, Wales , Mrs Marion Jones, International Co-ordinator along with well experienced teachers , Dr. Kelvin Broad and Mrs Ann Chapman who are revisiting the school to share teaching ideas and pedagogy.

This week The Junior Study School hosts, for the 10th consecutive year, a group of senior educationalist from a partner school in the U.K.

The group consisted of Mr. Keith Atkins (MBE), Principal of Gors Community School, Wales , Mrs Marion Jones, International Co-ordinator along with well experienced teachers , Dr. Kelvin Broad and Mrs Ann Chapman who are revisiting the school to share teaching ideas and pedagogy.

Asha Singh,the Principal of The Junior Study said, “In the increasingly complex global society that our pupil will enter, it is important to equip them with the skill, knowledge and approach to enable them to excel . An International Prospective on Education is fundamental to ensure that our scholars of today will become the leaders of tomorrow.”

“They are so secure in all aspects to take themselves and their positions, whether in the Private or Public sector to a stronger position in the global perspective. This surely has to begin in education and in the schools from an early age.”

Keith Atkins commented, “The best schools are those that are outward looking

and seek out the best practice in as wide a field as possible.”

The party has been working with the management and interacting with staff and pupils in the classrooms to the great benefit of all concerned.

The Junior Study has been encouraged to complete the prestigious “International School Award” which will act as a testimony to the value of the international aspect they have, to their curriculum. The project work between the two schools has been recognized by British Council Wales as one of the most successful that they have had the privilege to endorse.
