Committee of Courses at Mohanlal Sukhadia University has included Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015; Goods and Service Tax Act 2017 and Information and Technology Act 2000 in the LLB curriculum at MLSU Law College.

Committee of Courses, in their recently concluded meeting have amended the curriculum of the courses in Law College and have instructed that all admissions from the 2019-20 academic session will be through an entrance examination.

Beginning academic session 2019-20, admissions to all courses in the Law College at Mohanlal Sukhadia University will be processed through an entrance examination.  This rule is not applicable to Diploma Courses.

The minimum passing marks for LLB examinations has been increased to 40 from the current 36 though the overall pas percentage has been reduced from 48% to 45%.

Further, the Committee has approved that under the 5 year B.A-LLB program, students will have to get research articles published in any online/print journal having an ISSN number, anytime between their 6th and 10th semesters.  20 marks will be allocated to the viva for this publication, in the 10th semester.  It will be mandatory for LLM students to get a certificate confirming that their article is not containing plagiarism in the literature of the article.

Research publication will get the student full marks in the viva.  Examiners for the viva will be from a University outside Rajasthan.
