There is a lot of confusion and tension regarding the board examinations for classes 10th and 12th under CBSE. CBSE is yet to make an official announcement regarding this, however, some experts have stated that the exams will not be delayed and may take place by mid February 2021 or 1st week of March 2021.

Preparations have already begun for the board exams. The delay has led to speculations that the exams may be postponed, however it has been clarified that there will be no delay in the board exams.

Normally the practical exams happen in January or February, and as per previous reports, CBSE delayed the exams, yet the official announcement is awaited. It has also been brought to notice that Gujarat and Maharashtra CBSE board exams have been postponed till May 2021.

Experts and school heads revealed that the delay is much needed for the board exams based on the assessments and reports received. More news is yet to come from the Ministry of Education. It may also be noted that course has been reduced by 30 percent and this may be reduced further.
