Meditation Exercise in Alok School
With the aim of learning the art of anger management, a mass Public Meditation camp was held at Alok Senior Secondary School, Hiran Magri, Sector 11 today, where all the teachers and over 2,500 students of the school took part in the exercise and cherished it.

Dr. Pradeep Kumavat, Director, Alok Sansthan addressed all the students who took part in the exercise and lectured them about the importance of being calm and controlling one’s anger at all times. He further added, “Anger is the root of all crimes”.
Dr. Kumavat also said that anger could spoil a person’s inner soul. He advised the students to indulge in good jobs and charitable activities. True contentment can help one in anger management.
The event concluded with a special meditation of the recitation of ‘Om’.
