MLSU College heads meet for Strategy Workshop

A two day workshop of Principals for the colleges affiliated to the Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) began today, 1st May, at the University campus. College Principals from Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Banswara and Dungarpur took part in the event today.

Professor I.V Trivedi, Vice Chancellor of MLSU inaugurated the event and also talked to the college heads on their management strategies.

Professor I.V Trivedi, Vice Chancellor of MLSU inaugurated the event and also talked to the college heads on their management strategies.

Professor Karunesh Saxena, President of the College Development Council, Dr.L.N. Mantri, Registrar; Professor D.S. Chundawat, Dean of Commerce College and Dr. D.S. Chouhan, Deputy Registrar; along with all the Principals discussed the matter related to UGC and State Government. They also talked about Recognition policies and procedures, especially obstacles related to recognition that are being faced by colleges.

Those colleges who have not been following the rules and regulations necessary to obtain recognition are directed to follow the regulations.

Feedback regarding college infrastructure, educational status, faculty, etc. was also taken. The attendees also discussed the irregularities being faced by college administrators, and were advised to take strict action to maintain decorum.

There are 205 colleges affiliated to MLSU of which a workshop had been conducted for 78 of those colleges. The remaining 127 colleges have been invited to this version of the workshop, and of those, 53 were entertained today.
