Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) has been awarded ‘A’ Grade after recent NAAC Survey. This is second university across Rajasthan and 18th across country to receive ‘A’ grade.

Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) has been awarded ‘A’ Grade after recent NAAC Survey. This is second university across Rajasthan and 18th across country to receive ‘A’ grade.

According to Prof.I.V Trivedi, Vice Chancellor, MLSU, “It is one of the most prestigious accreditation provided to any university across India, after which MLSU becomes first ‘A’ graded university across district.”

Prof. Trivedi added that NAAC (National Assessment & Accreditation Council) had organized a 4 day survey, which started from 23rd April by a team of 8 representatives from council.

During the survey, the officials inspected each department thoroughly. Facilities and professional teaching staff impressed the team members.

According to Kunjan Acharya, Spokes Person, MLSU, “After receiving ‘A’ grade accreditation, University will receive higher funds from UGC (University Grants Commission), where we can also avail other government schemes entitled only for ‘A’ graded university.”

“The survey was held over 7 parameters including education, research, consultancy, expansion and facilities, after which MLSU was awarded 3.11 credit points out of 4. This accreditation will also benefit students as big companies will approach for campus placements,” added Acharya.
