MLSU Launches Student Grievance Portal
‘Samadhan’ Student Grievance Portal, launched as per UGC guidelines, is designed to ensure faster complaint resolution and transparency
Udaipur, Jan 7, 2026 - Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) has launched a Student Grievance Portal Samadhan which was inaugurated on Tuesday (January 6) by Vice-Chancellor Prof BP Saraswat. The portal has been designed in accordance with UGC guidelines.
Now, MLSU students will not have to wait for long periods for the resolution of their grievances. They will also be able to track the action taken on their complaints.
Under this system, any student can register their complaint related to any issue on the portal. The University will appoint a nodal officer for this purpose who will forward the complaint to the concerned authority. Updates regarding the resolution will be provided on the portal. With the launch of this facility, speedy resolution of students’ problems is expected to now be possible.
Present at the launch were Registrar Dr BC Garg, Finance Controller Girish Kachhara, Examination Controller Dr Mukesh Barber, Professor KB Joshi, Prof Hanuman Prasad, Prof CP Jain and all Deans and Directors.
