This module will work through Shala Darpan portal; initiative to help keep an eye on staff sent on non-academic duties
Udaipur, October 21, 2024 –Education Department of Rajasthan, Bikaner, has developed a new module that will facilitate the online monitoring of department staff who are sent on non-academic duties to other places. This Staff Duty Monitoring Module will screen the temporary assignments of personnel online via the Shala Darpan portal. It will prevent the over-allocation of staff for any particular task and ensure no one is assigned overlapping duties at the same time.
Tasks that will be recorded online through this module include question paper creation for exams, science fairs, sports activities, election duties, training, research work, Legislative Assembly work, exam organisation, and other office-related jobs.
The staff will be assigned these for a maximum of 15 days. The work will be generated online through the Shala Darpan portal and no offline orders will be issued for these tasks anymore. The deadline may be extended for up to 15 additional days through the module itself.
