Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technical Studies (MPUAT) was awarded with ‘Krishi Shiksha Samman’ in recently held Mahindra Agri Award 2014 ceremony.

The program was conducted in Delhi’s Ashoka Hotel, where Agriculture Minister, Tariq Anwar awarded Professor O.P. Gill, vice chancellor of MPUAT. The university was selected best among 68 agricultural universities across India. The award includes a certificate, momento and Rs.2.11 Lac cash.

Prof. O.P Gill dedicated this award to university and congratulated all faculties, scientists and employees of MPUAT.

Mahindra Samriddhi is a special program led by Mahindra to encourage new and advanced technology in the field of agriculture and to develop rural life of India.
