27^th National convention of Electronics and Communication Engineers and a National IP Multimedia Communication which started on Oct 14 has concluded today at Institution of Engineers (India) Center, Udaipur.

More than 200 students from various parts of the country had participated in this three day national convention where many notable personalities from field of engineering and science shared their valuable thoughts and perceptive on wide range of topics including methodological aspects of engineering and multimedia communications in the different technical sessions.

The valedictory function begin at 1pm at the institution’s conference hall and the guests who grace the event were Pritam Singh, Divisional Commissioner Kota, A.K. Mathur, Examiner Controller RTU Kota, C.P. Talesra, Managing Director Pyrotech Electronics Pvt.Ltd. and Professor T.S. Kamal, Chairman, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Division Board IE,(I). The programme was followed by Lunch.

Students from Chandigarh, Kolkata, Sitanagar, Dehradun, Hyderabad and Udaipur had taken part in the seminar.

The programme was organized by the Institution of Engineers (India), Udaipur Local Center, in association with College of Technology and Engineering (CTAE), Special Interest Groups-Wireless Networks (SIG-WN) and e-agriculture, The Computer Society of India (CSI), Techno India NJR Institute of Technology.

Academic collaboration was with the International Journal of Computer Applications (IJCA), Foundation of Computer Science, New York (USA).

There were two technical sessions held today, first Technical Session that was the 5^th session of the seminar was held under the chairpersons Prof. S.C. Rudra, FIE, Member ETDB, The institution of Engineers (India) and Deepika Pokharna, DGM, BSNL, Udaipur. The invited speaker was Dr. Navneet Agarwal from CTAE.

6^th and the last technical session started after 11 pm under Chairperson Dr. M.Selot, FIE, Member ETDB, The Institution of Engineers (India) and Sushil Kabra, DBM BSNL Udaipur.
