National Seminar of Writers on 27th January

12th National ‘Samta Lekhan Sammelan’, the 3 day conference of writers, journalists and activists from all across India will be inaugurated on 27th January at Udaipur. This conference will be declared open by Prof. Bhawani Shankar Garg, Chancellor Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth (Deemed) University (JNRVU) at the Auditorium of Computer and Technology, Faculty of JNRVU, Pratap Nagar, Udaipur.

This conference will be declared open by Prof. Bhawani Shankar Garg, Chancellor Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth (Deemed) University (JNRVU) at the Auditorium of Computer and Technology, Faculty of JNRVU, Pratap Nagar, Udaipur.

Discussions on the topics “Hansiya Par Dhakeli Ja Rahi Jansanskriti” and “Muhkyadhara ki Bajaru Sanskriti” will begin at 6pm at Vidhaya Bhawan Auditorium, Devali.

The second day of the conference will be held at Casa organization, where Dr. Ratnakar Panday, a winner of the National Samta Samman Award for his social work, literary work and posthumous biography of Pandit Janardan Rai Nagar, the founder of JNRVU will address the gathering.

More than 100 speakers are expected to participate in this 3-day conference. Some of the participants are Dr. Ratnakar Panday (former MP); Hukum Dev (former textile Minister); Prof. Surendra Upadhyay, R.K Sharma (Senior Director, Doordarshan); Dr. Ajay Gupta (Program Director, Council of Indian Cultural Relations); Sanjeev Saksena (New Delhi Hindi Literature Academy); etc.

Dr. Mahendra Chandalia, the organizing secretary of the event said, “the Jaipur Literature Festival focuses on the elite literature workers of society; our aim is to bring together those authors, writers, journalist who could not get that limelight.”

The conference will be concluded at Chantiya Khedi, Gogungda. The organizers for the event are Mahaveer Samta Sandesh, JNRVU, Rajasthan Literature Academy, Indian Cultural Council, Alert N.G.O, Casa Institute, and Dr. Mohansingh Mehta Memorial Trust.
