NEET UG 2026: Rajasthan Counselling Begins August 30

August 28, 2026 - The first round of counselling for NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission 2026 in Rajasthan will begin from August 30 until September 5 at the new academic block of Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur. Detailed guidelines will be made available on the department's website, rajneetug2026.com. Candidates will be able to access counselling-related instructions and other essential information on the website.

The counselling will cover 33 government medical colleges, 18 private medical colleges and 17 dental colleges across Rajasthan. Admissions will be offered for a total of 8,969 seats, including 7,433 medical seats and 1,536 dental seats.

Meanwhile, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released a revised schedule for the second round of counselling for MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing (Hons) under the All India Quota. Under the previously announced schedule, the second-round seat allotment result was scheduled to be released on September 2. This has now been postponed to September 11. Date for college reporting has been rescheduled from September 3-8 to September 12-18.
