NEET UG 2025: 95.5% Give Exam in Udaipur

Udaipur, May 5, 2025 - The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency, was held yesterday, May 4, at 27 examination centres across Udaipur. The exam recorded an attendance of 95.5 per cent and of a total of 8,664 registered candidates, 8,274 were present.

District Collector Namit Mehta and Additional District Collector (Administration) Dipendra Singh Rathore visited several exam centres in the city to review the arrangements. ADM Rathore said that a total of 27 centre were set up in the city for the NEET exam. The exam took place from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Collector Mehta visited Shaheed Abhinav Nagori Government Senior Secondary School, Bhuwana, and Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School, Dhanmandi, to inspect the exam arrangements.

This exam required students to solve 180 multiple-choice questions in 180 minutes. All questions were based on the NCERT curriculum. According to analysts, the questions were formatted to test candidates’ fundamental understanding and conceptual clarity. Of the three subjects, the Physics section was said to be the most difficult. Candidates said the Chemistry and Biology sections were lengthy.

The exam was held in 566 cities all over India and overseas for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and other allied medical courses admission.
