The implementation of new National Education Policy is underway as suggestions and inputs will be welcomed from state’s 9977 gram panchayat’s sarpanch, ward panch and residents as well.

According to the sources, a questionnaire based on the policy will be prepared for which suggestions will be considered. Questions related to inclusion of IT in education, means to increase quality of education etc. will be asked. Chief Secretary of state CS Rajan held a video conference on Thursday with district officers and collectors of the state.

Secretary Kunjilal Meena said that suggestions will be welcomed from Nagar Palika, Gram Panchayat, Block level and District Level on 14th, 15th, 23rd and 29th July, respectively. Before this, each panchayat will receive the questionnaire. The collected suggestions will be sent over to the central government to help formulate the new policy.

Rajan said that online suggestions will be taken for school & college education. For this, different log in password will be provided to each panchayat and block. Collector Rohit Gupta, Jagmohan Singh, Bharat Mehta, Shivji Gaur, Vishnu Paneri and Ombabu Vyas were present at the auditorium for the VC.
