Union Education Minister admitted to hospital-Decision on CBSE 12th Board exams unlikely today

The Education Minister has been admitted to AIIMS with post-covid complications.

Decision today on CBSE12th board exams is unlikely in these circumstances. 

Union Education Minister was expected to announce the final decision on CBSE class 12 board exams today 1st June. It may be noted that the issue of class 12 board exams have grabbed everyone’s attention as the rising pandemic cases are posing to be a great threat for the students. Reportedly, more than 90 percent students are now in favour of cancelling the exams.

As per latest reports, the decision is not likely to be taken today as the Education Minister has been admitted to AIIMS, Delhi following post covid complications. Ramesh Pokhriyal had recovered from Covid in April and resumed office. His symptoms have not yet been shared with public.

In the absence of the education minister, the final decision over CBSE 12th board exams will once again be left pending. Reportedly some information over the board exams is likely to be given within next 2 days.
