Pacific to Host International Seminar on Tribal Development

A 2-day International Seminar on Tribal Development would be held from 1st June at the seminar hall of Pacific Institute of Technology, Pratap Nagar Extension. The inauguration ceremony will be led by the chief guest Dr. Subodh Kumar Agrawal Regional and Tribal Area Commissioner and special guest Prof. Firdaus Shroff from Mumbai University.

A 2-day International Seminar on Tribal Development would be held from 1 st June at the seminar hall of Pacific Institute of Technology, Pratap Nagar Extension. The inauguration ceremony will be led by the chief guest Dr. Subodh Kumar Agrawal Regional and Tribal Area Commissioner and special guest Prof. Firdaus Shroff from Mumbai University. Rahul Agrawal, Secretary, Pacific Institute said, “The tribal area development has played a key role in the economical development of the country. Government of India is taking essential steps to join tribal to the mainstream society which is really appreciable, we are trying to assist the administration with their development schemes”. “Many tribal communities are still juggling with various social and economical problems. The seminar is organized to make profound solution to ease their obstacles”, said Bhagwati Prakash Sharma pro-president. The total of 182 participants would be attending the seminar from many parts of the country. The program would have five technical sessions and 150 letter recitation. Dr. Dilip Shah, Dr. Rakesh Dashora, Dr. P.K Vaidya, Dr. Shyam Kumawat, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. T.P Singh, Dr. N.M Khandelwal would do reciting in the seminar. The chief coordinator of the event, Lt. Col. Bhanwar Singh said, “Another main objective of the seminar is also to bring forward the 10,000 tribal students to better Education and Employment opportunity.” The ideas and resources discussed in the seminar would be forwarded to the Ministry of Tribal Development. The secretary of the seminar would be S.K Rathi.
