Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) will start placement and finishing school from 2^nd week of January. Students will be imparted training on social mannerism personality development and skill developments.

For the students looking forward to a job after their under-graduate and post-graduate education, training will be provided for personality development for better job placements. The skill centre will have 7 categories of courses. GST for accounting, IT enabled course for technology, basic social mannerisms and communication skills are among those 7 categories.

Each course has duration of 3 months. For each category, faculties will be invited from around the country from various industries. Assistance from army professionals will also be taken. The skill centre has tied up with 438 industry units of the country for this purpose. The industries have given an outline of the qualification required for their work. All courses are being designed based on these requirements. Dr.Neeraj Ravat will be the director for this skill centre in MLSU.

The exhaustive courses will enable the student to get good jobs. This finishing school is meant to frame the students based on each industry’s requirement. Their skills will be well honed to make them fit into any industry.
