Private School can cancel admission on the basis of R.T.E
Now private school will get the power to terminate the admission of any student whose admission is done on the basis of R.T.E (Right to Education) Act if the required documents are not submitted on time.

Private Schools’ Directors and Management Association held a workshop in association with Block Education Officer (Girwa). The meeting was organized at Vidya Niketan School, sector 4. More than 213 school directors attended the meeting.
Block Education Officer Virendra Singh Yadav invited suggestions regarding R.T.E and also introduced new admission procedure.
While speaking about the admission process, Virendra Singh Yadav said, “Schools should take Salary Certificate every year and if the salary of any parent increases above Rs.2.5 Lac then the child will be no longer eligible to get free education under RTE Act.”
Similarly, any lack of documents like address proof, salary certificate, Aadhar card or delay in submitting these documents will also result in termination of the admission and schools have privilege to take the action.
President of the association Jitesh Shrimali, Secretary Upendra Rawal and block president with executive members were also present in the meeting.
