Alok Senior Secondary School, Fatehpura witnessed a prize distribution ceremony today. Students with excellent performance in academics were awarded by the Principal Vijay Singh Sankhla and Vice-Principal Shashi Jain  and Chief Guest Nishchay Kumawat in the presence of the entire administrative team of the school.

The award ceremony commenced with lighting lamps in honour of Goddess Saraswati. The chief guest encouraged the students by saying that if you set a goal in life and keep striving for it, you are sure to win. Tributes were paid to founder-chairman Shraddheya Acharya Shyamlal Kumawat.  The school’s Principal Vijay Singh Sankhla speaking on the occasion congratulated the students for their academic excellence and wished them a bright future.

Also awarded on the occasion were the school’s music teacher Sanjida Begum for her exemplary contribution in the field of music. Sajna Paliwal, a student of 11^th standard Science stream, and Divyanshi Sen of 10^th standard were honoured with certificates and TVS Scooty by the State government, hence the felicitation by the school.

Almost 30 girl students were awarded with Gargi prize. Students who participated in the 62^nd District level senior school sports championships were also felicitated by the school authorities. Apart from this, students who bagged 2^nd prize in group song organised by Bharat Vikas Parishad were honoured with certificates and mementos. The felicitation programme was conducted by Sunil Dangi.
