Rajasthan's Mahesh Kumar Tops NEET UG 2025
Avika Aggarwal from Delhi has achieved the fifth rank all over India; Utkarsh Awadhiya of Madhya Pradesh is in second position

June 14, 2025 - The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the medical entrance exam NEET UG 2025 results. Candidates can download final answer key, toppers list, cut off, score card from neet.nta.nic.in. More than 12.36 lakh candidates out of 22.09 lakh test takers qualified the exam.
The NEET UG 2025 results show that the first four toppers are male, and the fifth topper is a girl candidate. Avika Aggarwal from Delhi has emerged topper among females, bagging the fifth rank nationally with 99.9996832 percentile.
As per the NTA, Mahesh Kumar of Rajasthan has topped NEET UG 2025 with a percentile score of 99.9999547. Utkarsh Awadhiya of Madhya Pradesh is in second position. Krishang Joshi of Maharashtra and Mrinal Kishore Jha of Delhi bagged the third and fourth ranks, respectively.
The maximum qualifying candidates are from Uttar Pradesh (more than 1.70 lakh), followed by Maharashtra (more than 1.25 lakh) and Rajasthan (more than 1.19 lakh). Overall, though, female candidates outnumber male candidates in registration and qualifier numbers. Third gender candidates continue to remain underrepresented, with just 18 registrants in 2024 and 11 in 2025. Only 10 qualified in 2024 and six in 2025.
