Rajasthan’s first ever Diploma students technical fest at GITS

Over 500 students pursuing Diploma courses in colleges across the country will be participating in this fest - while at the same time, displaying their skills through project presentations and talking about innovative ideas
Technokriti, a one day technical fest dedicated to presentation of projects and innovative ideas is being held at the Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies on 20th June. Over 500 students pursuing Diploma courses in colleges across the country will be participating in this fest – while at the same time, displaying their skills through project presentations and talking about innovative ideas.
Director of GITS, Prof. (Dr.) K.N. Sheth, in his message to media said that during the one day event, a panel discussion session has also been planned for faculty members, wherein participants will discuss the motivational aspects of promoting higher studies among diploma students as well as discussing career enhancement options for diploma students.
As per Mohit Mathur, the coordinator of the event, this is a first of its kind program in Rajasthan, that is focused on career development of Diploma students. Winners in the presentation event will be given a cash prize of Rs 18,000; Rs. 11,000 and Rs. 6,000 for the first, second and third position respectively. A Rs. 1,000/- consolation prize will also be given to upto three participants based on their performance.
MPUAT Vice Chancellor Dr. Uma Shankar Sharma will be chief guest at the event. Dr. Suni Joshi and Dr. RR Joshi from CTAE, Dr. Anil Mehta from Vidhyabhawan Polytechnic, Udaipur and Er. Prakash Sundaram will be the other special guests at the event, to motivate and encourage the participants in their endeavors.
