In a recent announcement, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has disclosed the examination schedule for the upcoming 10th and 12th-grade exams. The 10th-grade examination is set to take place from March 7 to March 30, while the 12th-grade examination has started from today on February 29 and will be completed till April 4, 2024. Notably, both exams are scheduled to run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

The registration numbers for these exams are quite substantial, with 17,000 students enrolled for the 12th-grade exam and 23,000 students for the 10th-grade exam, all hailing from Udaipur. It is important to note that these figures do not account for students from private schools and those opting for private exams.

A commendable effort has been put into organizing the exams smoothly, with 150 examination centers set up across the district. All these centers have successfully completed their preparations, ensuring a conducive environment for the students.

Security measures have been taken seriously, especially concerning the question papers for the 12th-grade exams. The question papers for all subjects have already reached the Department's office in Ajmer two days prior. For enhanced security, they have been strategically placed near police stations in close proximity to the examination centers.

Intriguingly, the question papers from various schools are stored in school-wise lockers across 52 police stations and outposts in the district. On the day of the examination, a dedicated team from the examination center will visit the respective police stations or outposts before the designated time to collect the question papers. It is noteworthy that these papers will be opened just a few minutes before the examination commences.

With the comprehensive arrangements in place, the education authorities are optimistic about conducting the exams successfully and maintaining the integrity of the examination process. Students are urged to adhere to the schedule and guidelines for a smooth and fair examination experience.
