Udaipur, April 7, 2025 - The Board exams for Grade 5 of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) starts from today and will continue until April 17. The first paper today, April 7, is English.

Diet Udaipur will be overseeing the exam in Udaipur and Sirohi districts and, according to District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Udaipur Principal DEO Chandrashekhar Joshi, all materials have been delivered to the blocks in both districts. A total of 60,248 candidates will appear for this exam at 1,648 centres across 5,337 schools in the district. The exam will be conducted in a single shift, from 8:00 am to 10:30 am and candidates will get breaks of six days in the course of the exams. 60 collection centres have been set up for collection of answer sheets.

According to Dr Brijbala Sharma, the district in-charge for the examination, all preparations were complete. To prevent cheating, four flying squads have been formed at the district level, led by the CDEO, DEO Elementary, Diet Principal and Vice Principal.
