REET 2024: 10 Years Jail if Caught Cheating

Udaipur, February 19, 2025 – ADM East Gopal Singh Shekhawat, has been appointed as the Nodal Officer for the District Examination Operation Committee for the REET 2024 exam scheduled for February 27.

The examination will be held in two shifts: the first shift from 10:00 am to 12.30 pm and the second shift from 3:00 pm to 5.30 pm. Candidates have been told to reach the exam centre two hours before the examination commences.

Shekhawat has said that strict action will be taken against those involved in paper leaks, cheating, and other illegal activities under the Rajasthan Public Examination Act. Under this, the punishment includes three years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 lakh. Under Section 10(2), the punishment is up to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10 lakh.
