Udaipur, December 18,2024 - The Rajasthan government has started preparations for the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET)-2024. Orders for organizing the exam and setting up centers were issued on Tuesday, December 17,2024. District Collectors will oversee the smooth conduct of the exam.

Exam Date Announced

The REET-2024 exam will be held on February 27,2025. The application process started on December 16,2024 and the last date to apply is January 15,2025.

All examination centers will be located at district headquarters. Centers will be set up in all 50 districts of Rajasthan.

Shops Near Centers to Remain Closed

Photocopy shops, internet facilities, and cyber cafes within a 100-meter radius of the exam centers will remain closed on the exam day to ensure a smooth and fair process.

District-Level Committees Formed

To ensure transparency, a district-level examination committee will be formed. These committees will be chaired by District Collectors. The SP/Police Commissioner will act as the co-chairperson.

The committee will also include Education Department officials, District Manager of Rajasthan Roadways, District Transport Officer, Chief Medical and Health Officer and The District Education Officer (Secondary) will be the secretary of the committee.

The government has emphasized transparency and fairness in conducting the exam. Instructions have been issued to strictly follow all guidelines for the smooth organization of REET-2024.
