Level-2 result likely to be declared by next week

REET (Mains) level 1 final answer key has been released by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. The board has deleted five questions this time. This will be beneficial for candidates appearing in the examination as the marks of the deleted questions will be added to other marks.  Along with this, the Staff Selection Board has sent the list of 41,546 candidates shortlisted from level-1 for 21,000 posts to the Education Department.

Among these, 38,280 candidates are from non-TSP (Tribal Sub Plan) areas. Whereas, 3266 candidates are from TSP area. It is anticipated that the document verification will start in the month of June itself. 

After allotment of district, 19,192 candidates will be given posting in non-TSP while 1808 candidates will be given posting in TSP area. On the other hand, the result of different subjects of Level-2 is likely to come next week.

According to the sources, for 48,000 posts in Rajasthan, the recruitment examination was organized in 9 shifts from February 25 to March 1 in 11 districts. For this, 9 lakh 64 thousand candidates had registered. Meanwhile, on February 25, the Level One exam was conducted in the first shift. On February 25, the second shift till March 1, according to the subject of Level 2, the recruitment examination was conducted. There were 2940 exam centers.

What REET Exam?

The REET exam, also known as the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers, is a state-level teacher eligibility test conducted in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is responsible for organizing and administering this exam.

Level 1 is for candidates aspiring to teach students from Class 1 to 5, while Level 2 is for candidates who wish to teach students from Class 6 to 8. Both levels of the exam assess the candidates knowledge and understanding of various subjects, teaching methodologies, and pedagogical concepts.
