Students of Lake City are showing tremendous enthusiasm for Scholarship cum Talent Reward Test (STaRT-2012) conducted by Resonance Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. STaRT – 2012 is a national level competition conducted for the students of Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII (Science Stream Only).

The first stage is a Written Test comprising Multiple Choice questions from Science, Math & Mental Ability. Students can appear in the first phase through three modes.

The exam will be conducted in various schools on 3rd, 10th & 17th December. It will be conducted at Resonance Center on 18th December. The students who wish to take the exam online can appear for STaRT from 5th to 10th December.

Registrations for this National Level Competition are going on nationwide. Many students, estimated number is in lakhs, are expected to participate in the first level of the competition.

After the First Level, students will be shortlisted for Level-2 on the basis of their performance in Level-1. Level-2 of STaRT will be held on 22nd January 2012 at Resonance Centers only. There are attractive rewards & scholarships for the Toppers.

All India Rank -1 from each Class will win a trip to USA for 11 days including a visit to NASA along with a Gold Medal of 10 gms. gold. All India Rank-2 from each Class will visit Science Centre in Singapore & other places of Singapore for 6 days along with a Silver Medal of 5 gms. gold.

All India Rank-3 from each class will be rewarded with a branded Laptop along with a Bronze Medal of 2 gms. gold. All India Rank 4 to 10 will be awarded Desktops.

There are further rewards up to All India Rank-500 from each class. In All 3500 students from all 7 classes will be rewarded with prizes worth Rs. 50 Lacs.

Apart from the rewards, there are Scholarships for the Toppers in various Classroom programmes conducted by Resonance for the preparation of IIT-JEE, AIPMT, AIEEE, NTSE & other competitive examinations.

In Udaipur, STaRT-2012 will be conducted in many schools on 3rd, 10th & 17th December. It will be conducted at Resonance Centre on 18th December.

Felicitation Function of the Event will be organized in the Month of February 2012 in which Top 10 Students from each class will be invited & will be felicitated in a Grand Prize Distribution ceremony.

After this, a Champions Camp will also be organized for the Top 100 Students of each class from Class VI to XI in which students will be trained about IIT-JEE, AIEEE, AIPMT, NTSE, KVPY & other Competitive Examinations.
