Students of Resonance Udaipur performed exceedingly well in the Stage-1 of Indian Association of physics teachers (IAPT), National Standard Examination (NSE) for International Olympiads in Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy & Junior-Science which was conducted on 23rd November 2014.

Students continued their good show in this exam & 11 students cleared the stage-1 of examination which is conducted in Five Stages. Stage-1 of this Exam is conducted by IAPT while the remaining Stages are conducted by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE).

All 11 are from regular classroom contact programs of Resonance Udaipur Study Centre. Out of 11, 7 students have been selected for Chemistry while 1 student is in Physics, 2 in Astronomy & 1 student is in Biology.

The selected students include Sachin Goyal & Charvi Nahar who got selected in two Olympiads i.e. Chemistry & Astronomy. Pravan Gothwal, Shubhika Jain, Harshit Mandowara, Mohit Sharma & Gargi Agrawal in Chemistry Olympiad (INChO); Harsh Mahaeshwari in Physics Olympiad (INPhO) and Esha Saruparia in INBO (Biology) 2014.

Total 311 students have been declared Successful for appearing in Stage-2 in Physics Olympiad while 314 students in Biology, 308 Students in Astronomy, and 720 Students in Chemistry & 310 Students in Junior-Science have been declared eligible for appearing in Stage-2 which will be Indian National Olympiad (INO) in respective subjects.

INOs will be conducting a written test in each subject in the first week of February. Around 35 students in each subject will be shortlisted after this written test for the Stage-3 which will be Orientation cum Selection Camp (OCSC). After OCSC, around 5-6 Students in each subject will be selected for the International Olympiads in respective subjects.
