There are four posts under this recruitment drive. The highest number of vacancies is for Goods Train Manager, with 2,750 posts. The other vacancies include 371 posts for Senior Clerk cum Typist, 300 for Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and 127 for Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor. The total number of vacancies across all four posts is 3,548.
What are the required qualifications and age limit?
Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognised university. The age limit is 18 to 33 years as of January 1, 2027. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per government rules. The application fee is ₹500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, PwBD and female candidates must pay ₹250. A portion of the fee may be refunded after candidates appear for the first-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT), subject to the prescribed rules.
