Udaipur, December 27,2024 - Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) Kota will begin offering arts courses in engineering colleges from the academic year 2025-26. This new initiative will include five postgraduate (PG) level courses. Three of these courses will be MSc, while two will be MA courses. The university is currently designing the courses for this purpose.

The MA courses will include English and Economics. The MSc courses will offer specializations in Physics with Nanotechnology, Chemistry with Industrial Chemistry, and Mathematics.

This change comes under the National Education Policy 2020. The aim is to promote a multidisciplinary approach in education. The draft for these courses has already been completed.
