School timings have been changed from 9AM till 2PM for all schools in Udaipur.  These timings will be applicable from 18 December till 24 December.

This order, issued by the Collectors office in Udaipur, is a result of the proposal put forth by the District Education Officer.  Due to the extreme weather conditions in Udaipur, the DEO had put forward the proposal to the Collector.

Changes in school timings applies to all schools, both government and private, including CBSE schools in the district.

Timings for teaching and adminsntrative staff will be as per the almanac.  Schools conducting half yearly examinations will follow the schedule as earlier...there will be no changes in the scheduled timings for schools conducting examinations. 

Collector Anandi, in a notice to the DEO has instructed that all schools be informed of the change in timings.  Ad hoc inspections will be done tomorrow onwards to ensure that the changed timings have been adhered to.
