Pranit Mathur a second class student of St. Paul’s School, Udaipur has discovered a new pattern to develop multiplication tables. He completes a table of any given digit within minutes.
During the school assembly he astonished the Principal, teachers and the students by demonstrating his skill. Solving mathematical riddles with his elder brother Garvit, he came across this pattern and in a short span of twenty days he has mastered this skill. His parents Vikas Mathur and Rini Mathur talked to the Principal Fr. George V.J. about his amazing discovery which he asked the school’s Maths PGT Ajay Gupta to verify. On finding it correct and innovative the Principal arranged for a demo during the school assembly.
Fr. George in his address to the students stated, “Children you are genius. If your genius doesn’t reflect in your grades or marks, it is hidden in something else. Find it!!!”
The school is sending this discovery of Pranit to NCERT and CBSE for further verification.
