Center for Excellence, Model College organized a seminar on ‘Goals & Challenges in higher Education: Emerging Paradigms” at MG College with chief guest MP Arjun lal Meena and special guests Vice Chancellor of MLSU Prof I.V Trivedi, Prof S.S Sarangdevot (JRNRVU) and Narayan lal Joshi.

The main speaker of the event was Vice Chancellor of Gujarat University Prof M.N Patel. Towards the end of the seminar, a panel discussion was organized headed by Specialist Prof Vijaylakshmi Chauhan.

Emphasis was made on infusing humanistic relations into education and defusing political agenda into the field. Chairman of Board of Secondary Educaiton, Prof B.L Choudhary said that to establish respect of teachers in the society, they themselves will have to take necessary steps. If a teacher fulfills his responsibility efficiently, the standard of education will subsequently rise.

Dr. Abha Gupta gave the vote of thanks to the present delegates and the event was handled by Dr. Priyamvada Tilak.
