Students of Shramjeevi College protested against the continuous mismanagement in Commerce Branch and demanded to fire the dean of commerce college C.P Agarwal.

The student union of the college shut down the campus and demonstrated against the dean. Former student leader Om Pariikh informed that the college administration has been given an ultimatum till 2^nd Jan, if demands are not heard then the students will go for violent protest.

Union Leader Vijay Dalal told media that C.P Agarwal is not recruiting faculties and several posts of faculties are vacant. Students also alleged Agarwal for being unpunctual and not being available in the office most of the time.

Vice Chancellor, Shankar Sarangdevot took the matter seriously and said that action will be taken against the dean.

During the protest, college activities were affected for more than 2 hours.
