State to introduce new Vocational Courses in Govt Schools
The Government schools of the state will instigate 4 new vocational courses from classes 9th to 12th. Under this action, health care, automotive, beauty & wellness and IC courses will be included in the syllabus.
The Government schools of the state will instigate 4 new vocational courses from classes 9th to 12th. Under this action, health care, automotive, beauty & wellness and IC courses will be included in the syllabus.
For each course, 25 seats have been fixed and the students according to their interests can take the vocational course.
In the first stage, 70 schools in 17 districts will have the courses; the success of which will lead to statewide introduction in the curriculum. In the meeting held at Jaipur, officials of education department along with DEO of Udaipur Bhupendra Jain were present.
The DEO said that in the meeting discussions about improvement in school education, development of model schools, vocational studies, PPP Model in education and all round development of the student were held.
