Student of Commerce College, MLSU protested against college administration citing numbers of irregularities. The student protest disrupted the ongoing National Seminar at Vivekanand Hall.

Eventually, Professor I.V Trivedi discussed the matter with students and assured a speedy resolution of all the issues. Of the multiple irregularities cited by students, the most prominent one was the pending result of BTM. The BTM result has been pending for last five months.

Other problems included non-availability of first year mark sheet, non-availability of books in library, lack of canteen facilities, parking problem etc.

Professor Trivedi was involved in inaugural function of the seminar but left the program mid-way and met student leader Amit Paliwal and Mayurdhawj Singh. Professor Trivedi assured that the awaiting results will be released before 23rd of this month.
