Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) was held today on 17^thMay at 8 centers in the city. A total of 4430 students were registered at these centers to appear for the exam of which 4200 students marked their presence.

Meera Girls College, Fateh School, CTAE, Guru Govind Singh School and Rajasthan Senior Secondary School, Goverdhan Vilas and three more were the centers for the examination in Udaipur.

About 50000 students appeared for RPET in the State. There are twelve engineering colleges in Udaipur where students get admission on the basis of RPET.

After the exam Krishna Dhakad, a student said, “The paper was easy and not very lengthy. The administrative arrangements were also very good and proper care was taken so that nobody could use illegal means during the paper.”
