Udaipur,  February 26, 2025 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) yesterday declared the Company Secretaries (CS) exam results under the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017, 2022) and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2017, 2022) for the December 2024 session.

Khushboo Kunwar of Udaipur has secured the All India First Rank in the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) exam. Jaswant Singh Gehlot, also from Udaipur, has secured the All India Eighth Rank in the same exam.

Candidates can check their results with subject-wise marks on ICSI website www.icsi.edu. Executive Programme candidates can download their e-result-cum-mark details by entering their roll number and registration number.

In the Professional Programme exam (Syllabus 2017), 35.81% of candidates passed in Module I, 34.09% in Module II and 36.20% in Module III. Kashish Gupta from Delhi centre secured the All India First Rank in this exam. In the Syllabus 2022 exam, 30.40% of candidates passed in Group 1 and 31.39% passed in Group II. Yashi Dharam Mehta from Thane centre secured the All India First Rank in this exam.

In the Executive Programme exam (Syllabus 2017), 28.64% of candidates passed in Module I and 27.52% in Module II. Mukunda MG from Bengaluru centre secured the All India First Rank in this exam. In the Syllabus 2022 exam, 15.91% of candidates passed in Group 1 and 19.74% in Group II.

Rajasthan Results

Professional Programme

• Syllabus 2017 - 33.15% of candidates passed in Module I, 32.05% in Module II and 30.35% in Module III.
• Syllabus 2022 - 24.30% passed in Group 1 and 26.11% in Group II.

Executive Programme

• Syllabus 2017 - 36.32% passed in Module I and 26.17% in Module II.
• Syllabus 2022 - 18.72% passed in Group 1 and 23.53% in Group II.

Udaipur Results

Professional Programme

• Syllabus 2017 - 40.91% of candidates passed in Module I, 29.41% in Module II and 52.38% in Module III.
• Syllabus 2022 - 18.75% passed in Group 1 and 18.60% in Group II.

Executive Programme

• Syllabus 2017 - 35.71% of candidates passed in Module I and 27.45% in Module II.
• Syllabus 2022 - 22.50% passed in Group 1 and 24.49% in Group II.

The next CS Executive Programme and Professional Programme exams (Syllabus 2017 and 2022) will be held from June 1, 2025, to June 10, 2025. The process for online application and payment of exam fee will begin from today, February 26, 2025.
