To increase the quantitative and qualitative results in State Board examinations under Prayas-2017, the Board of Secondary education has declared 190 schools out of 13,659 in dark zone. These 190 schools have been issued orders to improve their results. The shocking fact that has come forward is that the maximum number of schools is of Udaipur where Bikaner has the least number.
71 schools of Udaipur division have given terribly bad result which was less than 25% last year and Bikaner had only 6. The Director of Board of Secondary education B.L.Swarnkar issued orders that the tough subjects like Maths, Science and English be made easy for which every school will be provided soft copies of the teaching modules.
Question papers given by the board
The board has uploaded question papers of Maths, Science and English on their website. The teachers are adopting methods to help the students in solving these papers by various easy techniques which the children can understand.
Method of teaching in groups
District Education minister Shivji Gaur said that two kinds of systems have been introduced in Udaipur district for creating better results. One on directorial level and the other on district level. For this, two groups have been made for the same class. One group will have students who have a difficulty in scoring passing marks and the other who have chances of being in the merit list.
